ESI Monitor are delighted to announce that Ronez (Guernsey) have recently embarked on the path of accreditation to meet the standard of our Environmental Business Operations Award (EBOA).
We have already seen that Ronez is heavily committed to the environment after creating its well-known nature walk and planting over 5000 trees on its site. Furthermore, ESI Monitor are impressed with the steps Ronez is already taking to reduce CO2 emissions such as reducing embedded CO2 in concrete through innovation in cement alternatives and low cement mixes.
Ronez currently hold the ISO 14001 environmental management system accreditation; combining this with the EBOA will enhance environmental performance and create an additional focus on reducing CO2 emissions through benchmarking and reporting.
We are so excited to see Ronez continue on their path towards environmental sustainability with us.
